Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our U.S. fulfillment center. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders — no hidden fees or extra charges.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. You can expect your order within 6–10 business days total. Delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our Track My Order page.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send clear photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll investigate and either resend your item or issue a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver within the United States. Expansion to other countries is under review.
