- Delivery: The process by which ordered products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer.

These terms of service apply to all products and services offered through the Zerelle online store. By using the site, you agree to these terms. 12Testament reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. We recommend that you regularly check this page for any updates.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept several payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro.
5. Price
All prices on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed without notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Processing and Delivery
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. Total delivery time is therefore 6 to 10 business days.
7. Delivery and Shipping Costs
Delivery is free throughout the United States.
8. Delivery Conditions
If the customer provides an incorrect address, he/she is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
12Testament is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as delivery services, or by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information or if a package is not collected from a relay point, a reshipping fee will be charged.
9. Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. See our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
During the withdrawal period, you may only handle the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. If a product is damaged by negligent use, 12Testament may apply a depreciation.

10. Warranty
12Testament offers a 2-year warranty on all its products, covering exclusively manufacturing defects and breakdowns for which the customer is not responsible. The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
12Testament is responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. In case of loss, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. In case of damaged or defective products, contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will offer you an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.
11. Liability
12Testament is not liable for any damage, loss or injury caused by the use of our products or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is protected and intended solely for the use of 12Testament. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions or the use of the 12Testament website shall first be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United States. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable US law.
