Delivery area:
We currently only deliver to United States.
Expansion to other countries is currently being evaluated.

Shipping Costs:
All prices are shown in USD. Sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Processing and Delivery Times:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit takes 5-7 business days, after which delivery takes place. The total delivery time is therefore estimated between 6-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions or transport disruptions.

Cut-off time:
Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) / 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) / 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) / 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Process:
We ship all orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, 12Testament will cover the cost of replacement or refund. Please note that for returned items, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We use eco-friendly packaging to help reduce our environmental impact.

Tracking Information:
After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the carrier name and tracking number. You can track your order through our website by entering your tracking number into our "Track my order" page.

3. Order Problems

Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a defective product or the item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt. For damaged products, please provide photos or a video showing the damage within the same time frame. We will then offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Not as Described Product: If you receive an incorrect or not as described product, please contact us within 5 days. We will then arrange and pay for the return and send you the correct product.

Product Not Received: If your product has not been delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate with the carrier. If the product is not found, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item.
